The estate and the wine Marjorie Gallet is a brilliant winemaker at the Le Roc des Anges estate. Using biodynamic methods, she produces amazing wines that speak of their terroir and identity, full of strength and elegance. She has reserved this cuvée exclusively for our Valap members. A beautiful wine of great definition, strength, enthusiasm, and taste called Aiglon.
Wine Extremely seductive, the 2020 IGP Côtes Catalanes Aiglon Rouge delights us with its delicate notes of spices and perfectly ripe black fruits. It is a beautiful and delicious wine with strong flavors of fruits. Its palate is fresh and juicy, far from the stereotypes of the south. This red Aiglon wine rivals the finest Beaujolais wines in terms of elegance and texture! A thirst-quenching wine that is a Selection Committee Favorite rated 94/100, that Olivier Poussier will gladly associate with a roasted meat with herbs, a pork chop or why not a monkfish with chili and Calabrian sausage.
Vinification Hand harvested, whole grape fermentation in concrete tanks, indigenous yeasts, aged in concrete tanks. Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
