The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Founded in 2016, Côtes et Climats Pierre Mayeul is all about crafting unique Burgundies with a sharp focus on quality. Frédéric Hirault, Matthieu Bouchard, and Ludivine Griveau carefully choose the best grapes, bringing their technical expertise and deep understanding of Burgundy’s finest terroirs.

With a strong identity, limited production, and top-notch vineyards, the winery delivers wines shaped by experience and intuition. Ludivine Griveau, who also manages the Hospices de Beaune, brings her high standards to this project, ensuring every detail is expertly handled.
