The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Awarded 1 star by the RVF Guide, Clos Cibonne remains an undeniable and unmatched gem of Provence. This historic estate, nestled by the sea and certified organic, thrives on a unique terroir where the Tibouren grape truly shines. An ancient, local variety found nowhere else, Tibouren produces highly distinctive wines that showcase the region’s great potential.

The rosés, in particular, stand out from the rest with their texture, depth, and subtlety, striking a perfect balance between Provençal tradition and modernity. The reds are equally impressive, offering the same level of refinement and distinctive style.
Wine A blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Tibouren, the 2022 Côtes de Provence Cuvée Prestige Olivier Red is a unique wine, aged for a year in 300-litre barrels. This powerful red offers an extremely velvety structure, with bold aromas of red fruit and plum. The silky tannins, rich mouthfeel, and long finish make it ideal for pairing with food and suggest excellent aging potential. A true Mediterranean gem, best enjoyed with lamb chops or moussaka.
Vinification Hand-harvested, harvested early in the morning when ripe, selectively sorted, bunches de-stemmed, macerated for ten days in stainless steel vats, pumped over daily, aged for 12 months in 300-liter barrels.
