Year after year, the anticipation of their latest vintage is a joy. Their Côte-Rôtie parcel selections, distinctly evoking the essence of Côte Brune, consistently offer depth and a notable capacity for aging.
Wine Derived from several parcels on schist and granite soils, the 2022 red Côte-Rôtie Colline de Couzou asserts its Rhône Valley character with great elegance, featuring beautiful accents of pepper and spice. Concentrated yet refined, the structure stands out for the elegance of its tannins and a lovely persistence, beautifully accompanied by careful aging for 18 months in 400-liter barrels (with only 10% new oak). A juice suitable for excellent aging of 5 to 10 years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, aged for 14 months in barrels, 10% of which are new.
