Wine The 2021 white Condrieu Les Combéluz takes full advantage of this fresh vintage, displaying great finesse and subtlety. Pure, viognier-like notes of apricot and violet are underscored by well-mastered ageing. The perfectly balanced structure also shows richness and power, but always well framed by a tangy wake that brings a great deal of elegance. We've already fallen for it! Rated 94/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in barrels without racking with batonnage and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
