The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A true gem of Chablis, Domaine des Malandes has captured the heart of our Selection Committee! Discovered during a winter visit to Burgundy, this exceptional estate is a delight with its organic cultivation, impeccable quality, and fair pricing.

The Marchive-Rottiers family dedicates each day to crafting highly precise, pure, and authentic Chablis that perfectly express their terroir. There are no shortcuts here—only proven techniques and careful aging in barrels and demi-muids (500 liters) to refine and enhance these cuvées over time.
Wine The 2022 white Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey is a delightful, complex, and very fresh Chardonnay.
