A model winemaker with 2 stars in the RVF Guide, Philippe Alliet consistently produces stunning long-maceration red wines, dazzling in fruit and maturity. His sought-after cuvées have become benchmarks in Chinon and, in recent vintages, continue to display a naturally expressive character that is ever-evolving.
The beautiful slopes of Cravant contribute significantly: these magical terroirs yield a Cabernet Franc of enchanting precision and flavor that easily rivals the greatest Bordeaux expressions. |

The 2021 red Chinon L'Huisserie, a single-vineyard cuvée, is a study in subtlety and restraint, featuring characteristic notes of charcoal and graphite from beautifully mature Cabernet. Still robust, with a high concentration of substance and tannins, it will gracefully unfold over the coming years, boasting a storage potential of over 20 years. Superb, as always! |
