A visionary of Montlouis-sur-Loire and an inspiration to an entire generation, the late Jacky Blot, who sadly passed away in 2023, elevated Domaine de la Taille aux Loups to the forefront of French winemaking. Starting in 1990, he redefined the quality and identity of the region’s wines, setting a new standard for excellence.
With 2 stars in the Guide RVF and a commitment to organic farming, the estate—spanning Montlouis, Vouvray, and Bourgueil—continues to thrive under the expert leadership of Jean-Philippe Blot.
