Hand harvested from vines planted between 1974 and 1978 over a total area of 2 ha 75 ares 24 ca. Vinification in truncated wooden vats, with punching of the cap and pumping over. Aged in 19th-century cellars for 12 months in oak barrels, 33% of which are new, with malolactic fermentation, followed by 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar. |
