Originating from lovely plots on very chalky "caillottes" soils, the 2022 Sancerre Osmoze presents an alluring profile, both floral and chalky, bursting with freshness. This is a refined white wine, possessing a delightful tension, ideal for an aperitif, to be enjoyed with Chavignol goat cheese or baked fish. A delightful bottle to share! Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee. |

Hand-harvested, grapes from Amigny, Chavignol, Sancerre and Verdigny terroirs, selected neutral yeasts, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged for around a year in concrete vats and oak truncated-cone tanks on the fine lees.
Thoughtful, reasoned approach, in conversion to organic farming. |
