The estate and the wine |
|
|
In the heart of Provence Verte, within the Sainte-Baume Regional Park, Château de l’Escarelle boasts 100 hectares of organically cultivated vines, nestled in a completely preserved natural setting, terraced on the slopes of La Loube mountain. The altitude (up to 500 meters), limestone gravel soils, climate, and preservation of local wildlife and flora all contribute to the creation of fresh and aromatic wines in all three colors. This estate masterfully combines traditional know-how with modern techniques, embracing local practices and regional grape varieties without compromise. |
