The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A sought-after address in Patrimonio, Domaine Giudicelli has earned 2 stars in the RVF Guide and produces haute couture wines highly coveted by connoisseurs.

Since 1997, Muriel and Stéphane Giudicelli have been cultivating this small 11-hectare vineyard biodynamically. Nestled in the terroirs of Poggio d'Oletta near Saint-Florent, they create precise wines, as natural as possible, aged in large barrels or demi-muids from the renowned Austrian cooper, Stockinger.

These vintages express themselves with finesse and elegance, always showcasing a unique personality and an exceptional ability to age gracefully.
Wine The 2022 White Vin de France Muscat N°2,5 is a Muscat à petits grains from clay-schist terroir, harvested late to retain its natural sugars. This golden-hued sweet wine, aged in demijohns, features a deliberately oxidative character with pure notes of quinine and rancio. The palate offers a dense juice with bitter orange flavors and remarkable energy, showcasing an impressive sugar management, without oak aging, and an endless finish. Pair it with candied orange peels, a chocolate-orange dessert, or a citrus salad, or enjoy it simply at the end of a meal. Sublime! Rated 95/100 by the Selection Committee and RVF.
Vinification Harvested by hand. Clay soil and schist subsoil. Whole-harvest pressing, no settling, indigenous yeast fermentation. Late harvest at 21°C potential, natural stop of fermentation at 13.5%. Residual sugar: 120 g/l. Light filtration.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine (Biodyvin).
