Dominique Hauvette is a central figure in Provence, tending to her vineyards for over 30 years with the same energy, patience, and sensitivity. Biodynamic farming, low yields, a gentle winemaking process without artificial additives and without sulfur, along with meticulous aging in tanks, barrels, large wooden casks, and concrete eggs, result in wines of superb expression, infused with a vibrant style regardless of the cuvée.
This sensitive winemaker has now become one of the most respected figures in Provence, with accolades including Winemaker of the Year 2020 by RVF (La Revue du Vin de France) and a 3-star rating in the Green Guide. Her iconic personality leaves no one indifferent. |
