The estate and the wine |
Historical and family-owned, the Domaine Nudant has asserted itself generation after generation on the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, rigorously exploiting the most beautiful parcels of the region on mythical appellations such as Vosne-Romanée, Puligny, Meursault and the hill of Corton. The wines are beautiful representations of their terroirs, and created with infinite care, with the utmost respect for the vineyard and nature.
However, the estate also knows how to work wonders with regional appellations, which offer excellent value for money and which, like all the wines in the range, excel in their precision and finesse. |

With its purity and finesse, the 2021 white Burgundy Aligoté has a delicate, floral, and refreshing nose. This tense and nervous white wine with a sharp and slightly saline finish can be enjoyed today, ideal for an aperitif with parsley ham, fresh goat cheese or shellfish. |
