The estate has been awarded a star in the prestigious French Guide the RVF “ Guide Vert” and benefits from the talent of one of the most recognized and admired winemakers in Burgundy, who is a fervent adept of vinification in concrete vats and maturation in 600-liter tuns.
These 13 hectares of vineyards concentrated on the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, the family's birthplace, on its most beautiful slopes, which give rise to high-dimensional wines, particularly successful on the brilliant and complex 2018 vintage.

With ripe, intense flavors of fruit, the 2018 Red Moulin-à-Vent Hommage has full flavors of morello cherry, black cherry and spice. The palate is concentrated and pure, carried by fine tannins and a good density. The whole is ready for 5 to 6 years of cellaring and already enjoyable with a lamb chop or a roasted poultry.
