The estate and the wine |
A charming family estate based in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Michel Gonet is a guaranteed destination for crafting Champagne of exceptional purity, where Chardonnay reigns supreme.
In the 2018 vintage, the House achieves another triumph: an extra brut Champagne, aged for seven years on the lees, offering a palate sensation worthy of the finest Champagne houses. |

Issued from the terroirs of Vindey, Montgueux, and Mesnil-sur-Oger, and aged in the cellar for 7 years on the lees, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs Champagne Les 3 Terroirs Extra-Brut forms an exceptionally elegant ensemble. It offers a particularly enjoyable tasting experience with a beautiful chalky foundation. The aromas of flowers and dill surround an extremely fine, crisp effervescence that bursts on the palate with great sophistication. This is a grand Champagne that could easily rival many Blanc de Blancs in the Champagne market! |
