The estate and the wine |
An outstanding winemaker from a famous Chablis family, Benjamin Laroche identifies and blends the most beautiful expressions of Chablis with fanatical intransigence. This Chardonnay enthusiast thus creates wines with a distinctive identity, chiseled and precise, which delight wine lovers. A demanding challenge that is illustrated in an impeccable range of wines where each wine bears the trace of its soil, the identity of its place. |

Fresh and precise, the 2021 White Chablis does not deny its terroir! The wine is full of limestone-like aromas, with a fresh, chiseled, very pure structure, which will develop beautifully over time. An amazingly well-balanced white wine to be savored at the beginning of the meal with gougères or raw fish, or more simply with a cheese platter. |
