In the southern Rhône Valley, near Avignon, Château de Manissy excels at crafting well-structured, flavorful, and indulgent wines at very attractive prices.
According to Best Sommelier in the World Olivier Poussier, these are the finest rosés of Tavel! These exceptional gastronomic rosés are aromatic and full-bodied, born from an absolutely unique geological mosaic.
We couldn't pass up the opportunity to showcase this organically farmed estate, owned by the missionary fathers of the Holy Family and managed by the talented Florian André. It rivals the neighboring crus in every way! |

The 2023 Tavel Langoustière Rosé is a rich and powerful rosé designed for dining. Its intense notes of strawberry, mild spices, and cherry captivate both the nose and palate. Ample and generous, it is a full-bodied rosé with great persistence and length. This rosé pairs wonderfully with white meat, grilled fish, or some anchovies as an appetizer. It has incredible charm and an outstanding quality-to-price ratio! |
