The estate and the wine |
Established on the slopes of Bué, Pierre Morin has joined the circle of great Sancerre winemakers. Humble and talented, he discreetly carves out his own path of artistic expression on 10 hectares of vines, chiseling out balanced, organically grown wines of extraordinary purity for the whites, and playful crispness for the reds. |

Expressing all the freshness and minerality of Bué's caillottes terroir, the 2022 white Sancerre is a pure, unadorned wine, showing the full maturity of the vintage. The structure remains acidic, elegant, and far from technical: this is definitely Sancerre! What a pleasure as an aperitif, with a tasting of Chavignol goats' cheeses or a fine white fish. A wine to be enjoyed slowly over the next 3 years. A Selection Committee Favorite. |
