Ripe and full-bodied, the 2021 Red Côte Rôtie La Dédicace benefits from 20 months of barrel aging, which enhances its character beautifully. The nose is very pure and offers the quintessence of Syrah, with notes of grilled bacon and smoke. The concentrated, dense, and tight palate displays great power, still marked by the barrel. A bottle ready for at least 10 years of aging. |
