Château Canon La Gaffelière is the crown jewel of Count Stephan von Neipperg, who has elevated it to the highest level of Saint-Émilion. A Premier Grand Cru Classé B, the estate lies on the gentle slopes just outside the village and has been certified organic since the 2015 vintage. It has been expertly guided from the start by renowned consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt.

In 2024, the estate once again delivers on all its promises. Slightly less dense than in previous vintages, it is far more refined and nuanced, revealing a delicate aromatic profile. High-precision Cabernet Franc plays a starring role, bringing freshness and sculpted tension to a wine that feels sleek, balanced, and built to evolve beautifully.
