The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Founded in 1925, Les Vignerons d'Aix en Provence is a union of about thirty members dedicated to showcasing their clay-limestone terroirs, which span 250 hectares at the foot of the Sainte Victoire mountain. This unique natural environment, combined with ancestral know-how, modern methods, and a deep-seated passion, produces an exceptional range of wines offering excellent value for money.
Wine The 2023 IGP Méditerranée Plaisir Rosé is all about lightness and finesse, featuring fruity notes, particularly strawberry. Decanting or aerating it in a large glass will enhance its fresh and lively character. This light, ripe, and supple rosé is best enjoyed well-chilled throughout the summer.
Vinification Hand harvested, vines aged 20 years on average, aged on lees for 2 months in concrete vats.
