A benchmark in Saumur, Château Yvonne has thrived under the energy and skill of Mathieu Vallée, who has led the estate since 2007. A virtuoso of both chenin and cabernet franc, he crafts outstanding wines, recognized with two stars in the prestigious French wine guide the RVF.
With ideally placed sandy and tuffeau soils farmed organically, and carefully managed, extended barrel aging, every element comes together here to produce wines of the highest caliber. |
