The wines offered on our website come directly from the cellars of producers and wine dealers. They are stored for only a few days in our warehouse, undergoing minimal handling to preserve their quality.
Upon arrival, the bottles are repackaged in specially designed packaging, conceived, designed, and manufactured in France by us. This packaging is rigorously tested, and we prioritize manual assembly to ensure the highest quality possible.
As a result, our breakage rate is nearly zero...
FLEXIBILITY AND REACTIVITY
Our dedicated team works tirelessly every day starting at 6 am to ensure all orders are dispatched promptly to your homes. With their intimate knowledge of the warehouse and its intricacies, and aided by our custom-developed logistics software, they navigate each aisle with precision.
Armed with routing sheets, team members quickly locate the bottles, which are then repackaged and shipped the same day before 4 pm. This ensures that over 70% of orders are delivered within 48 hours!
Each day, our team prepares between 1,000 to 1,200 packages, demonstrating their commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Located in the heart of Mâcon, our 5000m² logistics platform is strategically positioned in a bustling business area, just a few meters away from our Wine Team, Customer Service, and Tasting Area.
