Vinification:

Hand-harvested from 60-year-old vines. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation, 2-6 months fermentation on lees. Aged for 11 months on lees.

Very pure, a delicate, fresh Pinot Blanc, with white flowers and herbal tea.

Palate:

A refined, extended version of Pinot Blanc, with minerality and nuances of white fruit flavors interspersed, the whole is sapid, very elegant and, above all, appetizing.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
