Vinification:

Hand harvested, vines aged 20 years on average, aged on lees for 2 months in concrete vats.

Color:

Pale rosé with slightly coppery highlights.

Nose:

Intense aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit.

A light, crisp and tangy wine, to be enjoyed in all its simplicity!
