Sourced from old vines rooted in powerful marl soils, this exceptional wine showcases the full aromatic depth of the Savagnin grape—layered with notes of lemon zest, walnut, almond, green apple, and warm spices like cumin. Its vibrant acidity gives it a commanding structure, while the palate bursts with intensity, freshness, and incredible length. Richly textured and deeply complex, this is a Vin Jaune of rare pedigree. Awarded 95/100 by Parker.Vinification:
