Celebrated establishments like Régis Marcon, Le Pré Catelan, Lameloise, L'Arpège, L’Ambroisie, and Guy Savoy, to name a few, featured his wines on their menus. Consistently awarded two stars in the RVF guide for several years, he was regarded as one of the greatest talents of his generation.
His sudden passing this summer deeply affected us, as over the years, he had become not just an associate but a dear friend to Ventealapropriete.
In light of our relationship, built since his early days, we were profoundly honored to be entrusted by his loved ones with the distribution of the last bottles he produced.
