Wine:
Fresh and crisp, the 2021 white Pouilly-Fuissé Nuance is the first wine of the range with a refined, chiselled and already accessible style. We like its clean and precise profile, with a delicate floral touch and the patina of the maturing process that gives it a milky touch. Both ripe and fresh, it is already very appealing, sapid and digestible, with an incisive finish punctuated by beautiful bitters.Vinification:

Bright, light golden yellow.Nose:
Floral aromas mixed with fine notes of hazelnut.Palate:
Ripe and fresh, this wine has a sapid and digestible character. Its palate is pure and accessible, with a delicate bitterness on the finish.
Temperature:
Serve between 10 and 12°C.Food and wine pairing:
Grilled red mullet fillets, shellfish, white meat in cream sauce, frogs.Cellar aging:
From now until 2028.
Located on the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, between the famous Vergisson and Solutré cliffs, the Saumaize estate produces delicate and mineral white wines, which are wonderfully chiseled, with a lot of harmony.
With 2 stars in the French RVF Guide, this highly sought-after address stands out with its pure and straightforward style, which highlights the Chardonnay grape with great frankness and delicacy. The arrival of Anthony's son, the conversion to organic farming and the increased demand for white wines should further enhance its reputation...
