Always as close to the grape as possible, the 2022 white Riesling is a wine of disarming precision, but with an irresistible sweetness! Vinified without the addition of wood, it expresses all the nuances of its grape variety with conviction: a beautifully ripe harvest, expressive fruit and notes of ripe yellow fruit, underlined by hints of exotic fruit. Straightforward, precise flavors flow into a pure, very fresh framework, its beautiful vivacity combining richness and power, all on beautiful bitters, rated 92/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
