Founded in 2015, this young estate is setting the bar high with uncompromising quality.

Jean-Charles Fournet, a passionate and determined newcomer to winemaking, cultivates five hectares of vines using biodynamic farming, permaculture, and agroforestry—an ambitious and deeply thoughtful approach.

Guided by renowned winemaker and friend Pierre-Jean Villa, the wines shine with purity and tension, winning over both discerning enthusiasts and industry legends alike. Jean-Michel Gerin, Christine Vernay, Yves Gangloff, and Thierry Germain—some of the biggest names in wine—were among the first to champion this rising star.
