Wine:
Grown on a sun-drenched granite terroir, the 2023 Alsace Grand Cru Schlossberg Riesling White delivers a crystalline aromatic profile of citrus zest, yuzu, and bergamot, layered with subtle notes of white fruit for added complexity. These bright, focused aromas carry through to the palate, driven by a racy acidity and delicate bitters. It’s a dry Riesling that balances ripeness with a touch of fresh herbal character—sleek, vibrant, and mouthwatering. A brilliant match for lime-scented shrimp risotto or classic salt cod brandade.
