The 2015 Red Etoiles de Mondorion Saint-Emilion Grand Cru opens with a very pure, concentrated, beautifully mature nose, with notes of black fruits, wild blackberry on a graphite background. A wine with a lot of class that still seems very young. The palate confirms it, delivering itself with density and velvety and pleasant tannins. The wine will continue to evolve beautifully for another 5 to 6 years. Pair it with a leg of lamb for example. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
