Wine:

The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté Le Clou et la Plume White benefits from a bit of air before serving. Initially reserved, it opens up to reveal perfectly ripe fruit and a lovely, rounded texture. The palate is broad and lightly toasted, with a creamy, caramel-like note that adds to its charm. This is a generous, sophisticated Aligoté with excellent structure and substance, made for the table. It pairs beautifully with white meats and fish. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged for 10 months in 500-liter barrels, followed by 2 months in vats. Wine certified organic by Ecocert.

Color:

Pale yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Aromas of white fruits mixed with mineral notes.

Palate:

Broad, delicately woody, with ripe fruit, this wine develops a lovely rich flavor, good structure, consistency, and tension. A serious Aligoté, perfect for meals.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.

Starting today and continuing until 2031.
