The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté Le Clou et la Plume White benefits from a bit of air before serving. Initially reserved, it opens up to reveal perfectly ripe fruit and a lovely, rounded texture. The palate is broad and lightly toasted, with a creamy, caramel-like note that adds to its charm. This is a generous, sophisticated Aligoté with excellent structure and substance, made for the table. It pairs beautifully with white meats and fish. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
