Also rooted in the prestigious Morgeot sector, the 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru La Boudriotte White is a rare gem, sourced from just 0.24 hectares of old vines. This is a precise, confidently structured Chardonnay, striking a fine balance between finesse and power. The fruit shows a crisp, tangy edge, while the oak brings a subtle tannic grip that adds depth without weighing it down. A Premier Cru built for aging, with an unmistakable sense of firmness and quiet strength.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15 to 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.Vines on 0.24 ha, on the “Champs Jeandreau” plot, planted in 1951 and 1977, organically grown (not certified).
