Wine:

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole-cluster fermentation, without sulphites. Aged in 228-litre oak barrels. Bottled at the estate.
Plot size: 0.38 ha. Average age of vines: 50 years. Soil worked entirely by horse.
Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
