Wine:
From a particularly stony plot planted with vines aged 35 to 70 years, the 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru La Truffière White reveals itself with remarkable finesse. The texture is luminous and vibrant, offering subtle pastry notes alongside pure, lifted and concentrated fruit aromas. A firm mineral backbone anchors the wine, giving it both energy and depth. A beautifully controlled expression of power and precision.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15-20% of which are new, then 4-6 months in vats before bottling.Vines on 0.49 ha, planted in 1952 and 1987, organically grown (not certified).
