Wine:

The 2021 red Monthélie Les Toisières offers immediate charm with its open fruit character, notes of sweet spices, and dried flowers. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Vinification in vats for about 15 days. Aged for at least 18 months in barrels, 20% of which are new.

Vines aged around 40 years, cultivated under non-certified organic methods.

Bright, intense carmine red.

Nose:

Aromas of red and black fruits mixed with notes of sweet spices and dried flowers.

Palate:

Easily digestible and accessible, with dense, ripe fruit and a beautiful scope evoking black fruit jam, raspberry and juicy cherry, this cuvée offers immediate charm. Irresistible!

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
