Already well opened, with a nicely spicy and fresh raspberry nose, the 2018 Red Volnay is a very elegant wine, which offers a wide aromatic palette and a suave and charming palate. Without overpowering, it remains in a very pleasant register that honors the quality of the village of Volnay. A wine to be drunk within 5 years and which will gain depth over the next few years. Serve it preferably with white meat or poultry. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
Purchase of grapes from selected partners, maceration of 2 to 3 weeks.Aged for 14 to 18 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
