Wine:
From a terroir at the foot of Corton, planted with 50+ year old biodynamic vines, the 2020 Red Chorey-lès-Beaune is an intense, expressive, and complex Pinot, with brilliant black fruit aromas. The structure is supple and silky, marked by delicate tannins; aged in barrels with very little new wood, this red wine retains a natural ease, a smooth and appealing texture that makes it immediately accessible despite its young age. A delicate and elegant wine that can be enjoyed for another 4 to 5 years.Vinification:
