Wine:

Carried by the elegance and perfect maturity of the Mourvèdre grape variety, the 2020 Rosé Bandol is a seductive wine. The finesse of its aromas, between citrus zest, floral and fresh fruit nuances, and the delicacy of its structure combine into a great rosé wine. Its palate has a beautiful tonic and acidic dimension, with fine bitters. A bottle destined for the table, whose potential is exceptional and that can be kept for five to ten years. Vinification:

Hand harvested, slow fermentation at low temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Wine from Organic Agriculture, certified.

Scents of fresh fruits and citrus zests underlined by beautiful floral notes.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate, this wine with a very seductive profile unfolds a tonic and finely acidic juice, with a fine bitter finish.

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
