A blend of different parcels spread from the north to the south of the appellation, the 2021 Red Saint-Joseph Deschants expresses itself with delight between aromas of black fruit, licorice and spices, in a full and fresh palate, with granitic accents typical of the terroirs of the appellation, and a long finish. We appreciate this velvety and precise style, which is already extremely pleasant and can be aged for another 3 to 5 years. An exemplary Syrah, rated 93/100 by the Committee!Vinification:
