Wine:
A beautiful representation of its appellation, the 2021 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape combines five white grape varieties: bourboulenc, clairette, grenache, picpoul and roussanne. A complex feat which makes a very perfumed wine of nice maturity, with a very complex aromatic palette. It is a full, rich and consistent wine but with a very nice freshness. A very nice expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape to be reserved at the table with a cooked fish or a poultry. Rated 93/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
