Ferraton Père et Fils Collines Rhodaniennes - Syrah Rouge 2020

Wine:

The 2020 Red Syrah Collines Rhodaniennes IGP offers roundness, smoothness, and delicacy in a beautiful panoply of fruity and spicy aromas. A very affordable version of Rhone Syrah, to be drunk slightly chilled, with cured meats or at the beginning of a meal. A great way to start the summer!

Vinification:

Hand harvested 100% destemmed, thermoregulated vinification for part in demi-muids, extraction by punching down and pumping over, maturing for 6 months for part in oak demi-muids.

Color:

Bright red with good intensity.

Nose:

Fragrances of red and black fruits underlined by spicy notes.

Palate:

Sapid and gourmet, this fresh wine is full of roundness and immediate pleasure.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Platter of cold cuts, Lyonnaise salad.

Cellar aging:

To be enjoyed as of today.
