Wine:

Made from pure Marsanne, fermented and aged in oak barrels, the 2019 Saint-Joseph Les Granits White comes from the famed Saint-Joseph lieu-dit. This cuvée offers generous opulence, beautifully restrained by vibrant freshness. Ripe fruit flavours, hints of exotic fruits, and a delicate citrus touch weave together into a wonderfully aromatic, richly textured wine with impressive volume and a superbly long, lifted finish. Undoubtedly one of the stars of the appellation, with at least ten years of aging potential ahead. Awarded 94/100 by Robert Parker.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole grape pressing. Settling for 24 to 48 hours. Half fermented in vats and half in demi-muids. Aged on lees for 8 to 10 months, with stirring. Blend of the two parts before bottling.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
