Wine:

Finely sculpted, the 2016 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Anonyme is a demonstration of power and elegance. Made mostly from Grenache grapes, with a nice proportion of Mourvèdre, it offers a very classic Châteauneuf rendition, with notes of mocha, toast, sweet spices and black fruits. A fresh, intense, and concentrated wine that remains very suave, with soft tannins. A major success!
