The 2020 Red Crozes-Hermitage Les Trois Chênes opens with a charming nose with aromas of violets, macerated black fruits, and a touch of black olive and grilled bacon. The palate is supple, with velvety tannins, and is full-bodied, juicy and rich, bringing together all the assets of a very delicate Syrah. It will evolve positively over 3 to 5 years. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee and 91-94/100 by Parker.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in whole bunches, for 20% of the harvest, in wooden or concrete vats for 15 days, aged in half muids or barrels for about 15 months.Color:
