Wine:

The 2021 white IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Viognier Alliance delivers a very pure and tapered version of the Viognier grape, especially in this fresh and tense vintage. The crunchy flavors of fruit, the suave palate, and the fine bitters punctuate a wine that is full of delicacy. We enjoy this constant and perfumed wine, a very nice introduction to the estate and the grape variety.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged in stainless steel tanks.

Color:

Bright yellow gold.

Nose:

Beautiful perfumes of white and yellow crunchy fruits.

Palate:

Fresh and tense, this wine with fine bitters has a delicate, suave and very pure palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, goat cheese, mixed salads.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2024.
