Wine:

Made from a very old graciano vine, a variety that has all but disappeared in the region, the 2018 Red Navarra Cuatro del Cuatro is original and unique. This variety, when vinified with tact and gentleness, produces extremely elegant, fresh and complex wines. This wine takes all these canons of beauty and delivers, in a very limited production, a concentrate of black fruits and spices with a smooth and velvety structure. We are completely in awe of the finesse of the tannins, its delicate acidity that gives it bite, its intense taste of fruit, and its freshly minted finish. We absolutely love it! Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, in 500 liter French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels of two years.

Color:

Dark and brilliant red with vermilion hues.

Nose:

Abundance of black fruits carried by raspberry fragrances, like a ripe coulis.

Palate:

Full-bodied, smooth and velvety with soft tannins who mix with a fine acidity that gives it a little bite. The result is an extremely fresh finish. We just love it!

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
