The palate has perfect flavors of ripe fruit and is superb, graceful, and rich.The finesse of its tannins, its freshness and its balance makes it a true wonder. Fruity but without exuberance, in a beautiful aromatic purity, the 2019 White Pessac-Léognan Pessac by VALAP delivers itself on fine exotic notes of passion fruit, and a touch of grapefruit. The whole is very fragrant, intense and very fresh. The palate is very pure, with a good amplitude and a nice richness. It is a dry, balanced, ripe and fresh white wine, with a good persistence of flavors. A very nice wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a seafood platter or pan-fried prawns.Vinification:

Aligning volume and consistency, the 2019 Red Margaux by VALAP is a delicate and balanced wine, the perfect representation of this prized terroir. The balsamic and menthol notes are the sign of a perfectly ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by aromas of charcoal, cedar and blackcurrant. The wine is beautifully mature, with great freshness, depth and well-proportioned tannins. It is a perfect representative of the appellation which will keep for another 10 to 15 years.
